Awesome and very interesting facts, Rebecca!

I am a vegetarian now, but I never crave meat. I've never been much of one for steak, etc. Mostly the meat I ate was like a cheeseburger or meat on pizza, occasionally sausage or bacon. But I never had to have meat every day. Most of the meat I ate in the recent time before becoming vegetarian was a little chicken or fish as I gave up pork a long time ago.

I think it's great that your mom was so supportive ;0)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the poem and your reference that it's by the "shy little girl I used to be and still am today." Aaawww!
