I like this poem, the imagery is vivid and it's quite well written. My only criticism is the overuse if the ellipsis. But overall, it's quite a lovely poem.

It doesn't feel quite right if I leave a review without a criticism, but I can't honestly think of one. I enjoyed your poem a lot, it's beautifully written and portrays the emotions of the character really well. I particularly like the last five verses as they really feel like they're telling the story. The climax, although expected, still managed to take you by surprise. I really love this poem.
