I must say your poem is really impressive.
You have made good use of the rhyming, which takes the poem to a whole new level.
Apart from that, the emotions and feelings are beautifully expressed which takes the reader on a ride full of nostalgia.

Well, you have written an amazing poem.
With just a few words, you have nailed it. The emotion is beautifully expressed in a short piece which very few people manage to accomplish.
It expresses love and longing in a dreamy way which sure is a treat for poetry lovers.
This line really touched my heart "Then I awoke, we fell apart, But forever you live inside my heart".
