Review of The Wash

I'll start by saying that this isn't something I'd normally read either but once I started I couldn't stop.

I really liked the overall story but felt a bit cheated at the end because I thought I was reading from a female viewpoint - I'd have to read it again to see why but I'm sure some of the respondents talked as if they were talking to a young girl.

The language was a bit 'flowery' in places - you could probably get away with fewer words at times.

Apart from that, the story is very good and very vivid and, apart from a few spelling & grammar errors, very well told.
