This was very interesting. It drew me in quicker than most short stories do with me. I loved how the sound changed a little each time. It kept the story from becoming predictable. I also loved how the sound did not stay in that apartment but followed him to the next one. It was almost like something Edgar Allen Poe would've written. You did a great job.
