I’ve been stuck in a rut and joined up to try and get back to being able to work on a novel which has a middle so soggy I’m drowning in it. I haven’t a written a new word of my own yet but I have been trying to read like a writer, finding things that attract my attention and trying to analyse them but lacking the framework for doing that. This is it. An excellent guide deserving of an honest five stars. Thank you very much.
😄 Pretty good. An original idea with clever details. I just wonder where “she” went because it started off being about her and ended up with sleeve notes. Otherwise, I loved it.
😁 This is my first review and I’m not a poetry expert but, like you, I am fairly certain it is awful. That doesn’t matter at all since it made me laugh. I’m also pretty sure you’re not after a heartfelt critique but I think your vocabulary is outstanding. Tweren’t has always been one of my favourite words and grudgel confuses the hell out of the predictive text gremlin so what’s not to like? Thank you.
