I enjoyed the story, however, i do feel that the flow is a bit staggered, some sections the urgency of events did not come across as urgent or hasty, but once at the beach the flow was better.

I do think that there is a few references that needed to be explored or introduced a bit better...and not just mentioned in the passing.

At times your writing style varies too much and it is creating the illusion that some parts of the story was written in a haste.

Overall, not bad but it still needs a bit of polishing.

Keep up the good work.
