This is a well thought out article. It is about competition and yes athletes are more disciplined. They are also more active and why should a lot of non athletes just do nothing. That is true of students also. A lot of kids nowadays are very intelligent, more so than the average kids from my generation. Yes by not rewarding kids for getting good grades you are saying they are not doing well enough. Just a thought. Thanks this was a well thought out article.
