I really found myself liking this. Admittedly the last stanza escaped me at first, but reading it several times I think I get it.

That is one thing you might work on, it kind of felt like a novel where you feel like the author decided they had reached a limit on the number of pages they were allotted and had to end it.

I do appreciate the mood especially. I understand the frustration when someone doesn't understand what we think is obvious. A friend once said my "superpower is subtlety." Maybe we all need to be less subtle even we don't think we are
