unique. So, he does not know what he has contained in the cell. He is upset at it being out of there. Where does he think it will go?
Did he not read, what was in the cage? What escaped? Lax
security to say the least. They lost a dragon. His reaction is that they don't have any of those.Yet they are telling him this.

It is beautiful. The information supplied allows us to realize that there may be a blessing before us,we just have to look for it to be found.
