I liked this one alot - starting the piece with action was a smart move. The "where am I?" might have fit better after the initial paragragh (before "survival instinct...") - I felt the start stuttered a bit the way it was written. Your descriptions were really good I could follow and picture the scenes very well in spite of the contests word limit. I would definitely want to read more of this.
