Wow! I really enjoyed your story. I didn't see the end coming at all, and it actually made me feel squimish... which doesn't happen to me very often. I was expecting a typical writer's block story, one that is rampant and almost cliche among new writers, but this one surprised me.
Unfortunately my review is not going too critically constructive, as I really don't have any suggestions for improvement. Maybe work to tighten it up a bit, but I found no grammer errors or anything else to that effect.
This being the case, I gave it five stars. This is a story I would have expected to find in Weird Tales, or some other similar magazine of the macabre.
I will look for more from you. Great job!
