This is really good.
I like it a lot. It seemed like a scene from book or a movie to me.
Very descriptive and allows the reader to feel what the character is feeling.

The only thing that bothers me is that it used the line about rain hiding tears. Instead of using popular quotes, maybe you should try and be a little more original.

I honestly do like it though, it's great.
I'd send more gps than what I did, but I am poor on the gp level lol.
