The powerful presence of death and everything related to it is beautifully told.. It is how we look at 'the end'.. When we cross its path, our inner core always tingles.. And then its suddenly gone and we wonder whether it was "just the wind".. I didn't realize until I read this how much an ambulance signifies the journey of death and the almost comical irony about it.. I loved this piece.. May you always be this insightful and keep writing.. God bless..

The ramble of the universe and the rambling of our own selves is one of the surest ways to wisdom. I loved these words, they combined to form an emotional collage, greater than the individual words that created them.. I loved the "working" verse.. It is the universal truth, we are forever working.. And that is why we require the momentary lapses in our life.. This is a wonderful description of one of those lapses.. Keep writing.. God Bless..
