Lovely. Very inspirational. I liked the streaming thoughts, as it very well mimics how depression feels (for me) physically. Just a strange ride, from one thought and emotion to the next. No bridge. My body just seems to move through strange, dark places without me willing it there. But when we realize we've fallen into a deep, dark hole we reach up. We climb out. And we look for light. And despite making that climb numerous times, sometimes daily, I still forget that I can be strong. That's what I felt from reading this. Thank you for sharing.
