I have been trying to figure out the difference between erotica and romance. It seems everyone has a different opinion of where the line is drawn. I'm not gonna lie, this is not my usual kind of reading material, but I've been clicking on story after story in the erotica category to see what constitutes erotica. This was a...weird...read for me. I can't...no, I should say I COULDN'T imagine eating a person alive. The thought never even occurred to me. This was a very descriptive work of fiction, and I'll be honest, I almost didn't comment because I found it so disturbing I thought if I commented I'd find out it was a trap like poor Mark found himself in.
I was horrified. And although I'm not sure what feedback you wanted, I would hope that evoking an emotional response that is likely going to follow me for a long time would be ok with you. This was quite well-written and the story will likely continue making me queasy at random times for the rest of my life.
