I literally laughed out loud, shook my head, and devoured every word. Part of me was thinking this could have actually happened to some unfortunate soul. I was so thankful to not have been the owner or manager of the property in question, or worse yet, the tenant! Seeing where the story was leading made me cringe, but I couldn't turn away from it. This story had all the qualities of what I call a "bathtub book". A read so enthralling that you just can't put it down. The alumni partying, having spent all of your (or your parents') money on a college education, your first real taste of independence and errant human logic. And it was even peppered with a teensy bit of romance. A thoroughly enjoyable read!
