I am here through a random review link. I'm very glad it brought me to your poem, because I really enjoyed it. I love the flow of the way it was written. The imagery puts butterflies in your stomach as you think of a peaceful death, and the underworld, and the fear or maybe the peace those thoughts bring. Thank you for your poem.

Hey there,
Just wanted to give you my first review! The title of your piece drew me because I have blue eyes, and though I wasn't quite sure what you meant by "Blue Times" at first glance, I was made very aware of it's meaning by the end of your piece. I really like your raw expression in this because I feel like not too many years ago, this was me. I remember writing things like this and being afraid for anyone to read it, so I admire you for being able to do that. I'm now twenty seven, but I could never forget the thoughts and confusion I felt in my late teens to early twenties. Just keep expressing yourself, in any way you can, keep working on yourself, keep your mind wide open, consider every possibility offered to you and all the other great things you are destined for are going to fall into place for you.
Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
