I think this is a nice poll. Almost everybody needs to lose wight now, so it's interesting to find out what other people on the site do for exercise. Overall, I think the poll was very well done. Other than a few spelling errors {jogg=jog, areobic=aerobic, calistenics=calisthenics} I don't see a lot that needs improvement. You seem to have covered all of the categories of exercise.

I liked this poem a lot. When I read this, the image that came to mind was of a woman standing while the world changed all around her. It is truly amazing how much change your mother saw during her lifetime. If only we could all live to be a hundred years old.
