When things finally come full circle . . .
Tell the boy I'm leaving,
and i won't be back again.
Tell the moon to keep me,
Forever without sin.

Tell my friends I'm sorry,
I thought I was much more.
Tell the sun to keep on setting,
A crumbling blackened core.

Tell the river nothing,
A sceret kept is best.
But give it all your tears,
And let me have my rest.

Tell my maker to forget,
One wave in the entire sea.
Unique like all those before,
But the only one that's free.

Tell the earth to welcome me,
As I lay myslef to sleep.
Let the forest mark the spot,
Where the living do not weep.

Tell this house to crumble,
let its insides burn.
Watch the shadows fly away,
There's nothing left to learn.

Tell me nothing I already know,
For this is my final act.
Tell the boy i'm leaving,
And that I'm never coming back.
