A natural skylight, the juxtaposition of memory, imagery, and potentiality.
Acronychal thoughts: syllables for this accent
of language anew. Contemplating—a life suspended—between lightness and darkness,
between imageries…

flowers prevaricating upon your porch, these words abscissin for the leaves
of
(your autumnal brown-red hair),
                   (your diffident, blushing beauty),
                                        (your crumbling, cherished missives),
                              (your contusive will),
(your closing
                                                                      eyelids),

                                                 (and subsequent dreams),

your body and mind as it resigns itself efficaciously to greater things;
this sentence refuses to end until all is scattered and coherent,
life suspended by you and I, Laura,

an abatjour remains,
