A question has been posed concerning everything. What should I do?
Why are you here?
Why are you here now?
How is this supposed to help me?

Where have you been?
Why weren’t you here before I had to choose?
Is it you that is supposed to be here?

What do I do?
How am I supposed to feel?
Is what I am feeling real?

We both have a choice to make.
Will it be the right choice?
How much will it hurt?

Do you have to look at me that way?
How do you know exactly what to say?
Your touch.

What about obligations that will remain?
What about vows taken?
What about long term goals that have been started?

I can’t eat.
I can’t sleep.
My heart is racing.

Give me a sign.
Is it the writing on the wall?
Of whom shall I fear?

Once the choice is made it cannot be undone
Is there a choice to be made?
