Lets talk about terminal illness from a personal perspective.
Whatever it is, I've got it bad
They tell me I haven't got long
Just the time to set it in order,
In motion,
In effect.
T've brought the paper to the desk
I'll use it to write
The letters to the people I'm too afraid to see
Those lucky people who don't know me
This way they won't have a shot,
A prayer,
A chance.
At holding me up
Slowing me down
So I can go on with my solitary buisness
Alone.
