What more is needed to be said?
Secret Pasts and untold futures,
lingering doubts and wounds left unsutured.

Bullshit lies, and heart-wrenching alibis
learning to love, and left flying high above

I try to decifer, but to this game I concur
Game set and almost match
I was wrong when I thought this love would last

You played a good game
but my feelings weren't the same
you kindled a fire
and let it burn higher and higher

I've learned today that I fell for a fool's love
But eventually even I'll rise above

You've destroyed something in me
something I thought untouchable
something I can no longer see
it's hard to believe I was really this gullible

My feelings for you, remain the same
even though you've broken my heart
and left me nothing to gain

I sincerely hope that some day you choke
on the words you spit at me
lies of happiness and glee

Broken-hearted and left for dead
its now hard to believe
all the lies you've said

This all started when I wouldn't take you to my bed
I'll cry for you no longer and in the end I'll be stronger

I hope when your days grow lonely and cold
you regret the cards on which you fold

I've said my piece and I hope you live well
a life without grief
though you'll surely burn in hell

I hope you burn for what you've done
and know I'll never come

we'll still be friends until the end
though for you my heart will not bend.
