I was lead in a guided mediatation tonight, and this is the spawn.
Just breathe

No more doubts
Nothing left to figure out
Nothing left to see

Just breathe

No more thoughts
Try not to get caught
Nothing inside but me

Just breathe

No more tears
Washed away my fears
I am the key

Just breathe

Nothing left to fake
There isn't more to break
This is my final plea

Just breathe

Helpless by myself
We all need a little help
To be set free

Just breathe

Alone in the dark
With just one single spark
Can you see?

Just breathe

No more lies
or tears in my eyes


Just be
