This is a chained haiku about the change from fall to winter.
Green to gold to brown
Dying leaves go out with flair
Days of faith and love

Brisk air, sunless days
Bright scarves replace falling leaves
The world's in a rush

First blast of snow--Bam!
Winter strikes a cold, cruel blow
We carry on -- indoors

But Joy! Happiness!
Christmas thrills, enlivens us
Our lives continue
