I thought I could rely on her, I was wrong. If you've ever been let down, take a look.
Each second breeds new fear.
Frozen; I step closer and
Hesitate.
I surge forward -
Drowning in my own energy.
I realise this is it;
This is the moment that's kept me awake at night.
This is the moment my very being breathes for.

Each minute has an aura, a revolving emotional
Tide; up then down, you throw me
Deeper and deeper into the abyss.
With hopes so high we were bound to be broken,
Bound to be tied to
Thoughts being spoken
Like illness in the wind.

Suddenly your eyes catch my own.
The colours merge, the sounds disintegrate,
I can't hear you, but I hear my screaming and
All I see are these two bright blue crystals
Elliptical amongst the blurs, and illuminated.
The words fail me. The eyes die.
You're not the saviour I thought you were and
We grind to a standstill - We're going nowhere.

This is not the you I know - something's gone.
And the alarm bells ring so damn loud
Have you ever tried to block them out?
Have you ever tried to block them out?
So come all, come and see my fatal flaw -
Cross-examine me in my weakest time.
I know that soon someone will save me
Somebody needs to.
