Poem about an unhappy clown
I'm meant to stand here,
With my smile pasted on;
And try to make frowns,
On children's faces be gone.

But I think of my own life,
As I juggle endlessly;
And how it's nothing like,
What a clown's life should be.

I sit in the dark,
All the day long;
Wondering where,
I ever went wrong.

I'll make people laugh,
Until I die down.
But until then,
I'll be an unhappy clown.
