a poem of real black love
Can I have a drink of water?
Because I am thirsty for love
Water, Water!
Love, love
I want some water!
And I need my dreams
In order to fulfill this love

And the moon up high
I sit and wonder why
And it cries
Tears slowly running down my face
And it lowers its head for a drink
And yes it is satisfied
For the long waited love
This water is something
I call black love.
