A poem about the love of and for a woman, may she be wife, lover, or mother.
Hers is the light that shines in the reflections of my eyes
A radiant glow in the heart whether near or apart

She smiles at me and morning dew appears
A refreshing kiss before the sunrises this day

The embrace that is shared between us is a cuttlefish
Squeezed speedily through the waters of our lives

The hopes that are before us are blessings from above
Which shape our dreams and plans for an eternity together

With the One and those who endure in the love we have within
His presence is what allows us all to be one in His name. Amen.
