I filled numerous books when I was a teenager, this is one of them.
waiting for the angel
to fly me away
she sleeps so long
all through the day
essence of beauty
picture of grace
the way the waves reflect
the pain on her face
life was a war
life was a whore
life was a game
but whats the score
and with sand in her mouth
and waves at her feet
her soul; the angel
admitted defeat
