My first poem about the boy that makes my problems disappear.
These stitches;
Holding together what lies beneath
As secrets and lies tear me apart.
Keeping ruby fountains in their place,
Retaining what sanity is left in my soul
And fixing scars that remind me
Of all the pain I've been through.
All you do is hold me
And your arms suddenly become
My stitches.
