even angels lose their wings...

Angel in the darkness,
Lost her wings and fell,
Her sisters are in heaven,
While her brothers are in hell.

She landed out of no-where,
In an empty little place,
Sadness clinging to her heart,
While tears are sliding off her face.

Mourning for what she did wrong,
That made her fall from heaven's skies,
Her angel heart cries delicately,
As she watches through fearful eyes.

While agony,
Carreses her so,
It feeds
On the heart-ache,
And nurtures her woe.

She was bruised by the fall from heaven,
Anger dissintegrating and charred,
The falling rain soaked her tattered robes...,
wet her skin all broken and scarred.

Hiding her face from the cooing wind,
With hands that are growing quite pale,
Realizing her fate's took a new spin,
She wants for the moment, not to fail...

She rose again with-a flame in her eyes,
That was lit from the wood in her soul,
Though soaked from tears of her demise,
She vowed to return what was stole.
