This is considered poetry for right now. But, I might make it into a song in the future.
"Gone" by Heather Dumas

I wake to find you gone.
You were once near my heart for so long.
Gone with the wind in the night of a storm.
That's where I'll find you when I can cry no more.
The aching for you has worn me down.

It wasn't fair.
All the aching hearts in the world
couldn't feel this pain.
Bridges will burn.
At the sound of my screams.

Suicide temptations have broken through.
Oh, how once your love was alive and true.
My life and my love is buried with you.
Oh, how my soul is cut so deep.
You're gone.
No matter how much I try,
the perfect soul god took cannot be withdrawn.

Where are you?
I can't feel you near.
You once said you would haunt me.
But, I don't feel you here.
The church bell rings.
As time flies by.
But, not even god can hear my cries.
