Being hurt multiple times in a relationship and finlay breaking it off.
A rose is a symbol of love,
but like a rose, love dies.
Though it dies it leaves scars,
scars that never quite heal,
scars that remind me of you

Can you hear me?
I’m calling you silently.
Now I’m screaming,
aren’t you listening?

Our love was only a scratch in time,
but our feelings will last for eternity.
An eternity I would’ve spent with you,
an eternity with me you betrayed in a moments time.

How did it feel to toss everything away?
To betray everything we had?
Now you’re on your knees begging me;
begging me to forgive your wronging,
begging me to forgive, forget, and love you once again.

Can you hear me?
I’m calling you silently.
Now I’m screaming,
aren’t you listening?

A tear escapes from me,
my cheeks turn red as if I were blushing.
Lost emotions scurry back to my heart,
my heart which opens once again,
my heart which will never stop loving you.

Once again I’ve made this mistake,
once again I’ve welcomed this pain.
A pain so great, It’s like hell it self.
A pain I’ll never escape with you,
a pain that kills us tonight.
Can you hear me?
I’m calling you silently.
Now I’m screaming,
aren’t you listening?

A rose is a symbol of love,
but like love, a rose dies.
Our love died tonight.
