Some problems are too crucial to confront directly; ask me for this poem's meaning.
Excerpts from my life story have shown me
I'm not the kid I used to know how to be
But a senior in a world of infantry
Clinging to the line of "someone shoot me"
Lost in a lit room
Four corners, but no door
People screaming are easily heard
Once a rebel, again forevermore
Pounding on the walls
Hang a sign, says "bang your head here"
Try to cope without my feelings
Try to block the oncoming fear
Light a match to keep back the mystery
Sinking low, I'm getting stuck
Have a heart, just try to help me
Tired now [ I'll see you when I wake up ]
