A man struggles with himself... The cruel play of failure and success in life!
With No Remorse

At the end of the day,
Weary, while I wash my face,
My lav mirror shows…
Oh! What a haggard face I made out of me…

As I look back,
Heavy I feel… dragging me into past…
Age of dejections…
Oh! What a life I made out of me…

Boundaries appearing…
Getting cubed, brimmed,
Too close for conclusion,
For conclusion to death…

At the corner of my neighborhood,
I see that old eucalyptus,
One more chance for that eucalyptus,
To witness soon, an another fall…

I walk down to that boulevard,
‘Dyn Bayrd’ the song, I remember…
When I was young…
I use to dream, enact…what a folly…
Oh! What a fool I made out of myself…

High Hopes…
Lofty fly…
Breaking knees…
Now I look for darkness…

While being a child…
I awed on life…
I guess it did told/revealed me…
About itself…
At the very end… the very end…

But,
But I do wonder,
Wonder that, is it the time? Is it the end?
‘Take a look back in the mirror’
Soap froth I see on my face…
A splash and I see my face back again…
With a kinky smile, on I go to say ‘Goodbye’
With no remorse………
