end of a friendship
Changed

You said I'm different
You said I've changed
And it's evident
That you don't like it

I know I'm different
I know I've changed
And I'm sorry that
You can't manage

I thought that friends
Should stick together
Yet in the end
You left me there

Change is inevitable
I know that now
Yet I thought we're able
To make it through

Maybe I've grown
And have my own mind
And now I'm alone
But I can cope fine

Maybe you're sad
To have to do this
But you won't feel bad
With all your new friends

Our friendship's ended
We have to part
We can't remain friends
It breaks my heart

But I will learn to cope
And the old me and
emotions would have eloped
By the time we end
