ABC style poem.
The Ship of Dream and Drama.

All my travail is on the wane
Between the world and the sailing wind
Can oceans wash my sorrows dry?
Do dreams and desires hide in Elysium fields?
Embracing the life still left in me,
Forgetting the sound of my insanity.
Grant me a taste of the Devil’s tears…
Holy nights bring silent dreams but
I can still hear the seven sirens sing
Just another call for the ocean nymph.
Kiss another starless winter sky
Little stranger, dance with me again
My heart is in frailty within your hand.
Never a force too potent as love and yet,
Ours is the world of tragedy
Pray for salvation to keep my soul alive
Quiet slumber, slowly conquer me
Riding on star beams in my surreal reverie
Saturnine is my decaying moonlight
Through the tragedy I creep alone
Under an eclipsed and frozen sky
Vexation sings a symphony of fate
Withering pleasure in my little paradise
X more worlds beyond my own to
Yield a rose for my aching heart
Zephyr of the night, I plead, take my soul with you.
