The draw of bad habit's that we all have.
why after all this time
is the need still so great
how much longer should it take to abate

why should it continue on
when it's already been so long
when it's not expected or needed
there must be some way
to keep it unheaded

help me to see
help me to see the need
for what it is in the light
before I lose yet again tonight
