How come the hardest decisions
Come at such a young age?
How come life’s greatest gifts
Stare at you from a distance?
How come one of God’s greatest treasures
Can create a passion by eye-contact?
Why is it when the time is right for you
It’s not for them?
Why go through so many breakups
To actually find the right one?
Why ask so many questions when
You let the answer pass you by?
