Wishing upon the moon.
They say to wish upon a star,
but what if every star is so far
far away that you can not see
what it is that you truly want to be?
What do you do when your dream
floats off like a stream?

I say wish upon the moon
‘tho I sound like a loon.
I wish I may I wish I might,
Have this wish I wish tonight.
As I wish upon the moon,
bring my wishes here and soon
