A soul briefly says a silent farewell to loved ones; a poem written in etheree form

Tears
appear
on faces
of dear loved ones
as they stream on by
my bed of white satin;
I appear to be asleep
to those who wish to hold onto
a lifeforce that had already left
for a brand new world of unending joy.
