Research has been done on tea to find out if tea can fight ovarian cancer.
Swedish researchers have found out that drinking one or two cups of tea a day may help reduce risk of developing ovarian cancer. They have observed more than 60,000 Swedish women for about 14 years. The women who reported drinking two or more cups of tea were 46 percent less likely to have the disease. They did not break the study by green tea, brown tea or black tea. According to associated press “Both black tea and green tea contain polyphenols—substances thought to block cell damage that can lead to cancer”.

Based on reading I have personally done, drinking green tea is now also linked to help you lose weight. Send us your email if you wish to read the whole article.
