A short poem about a girl from when I was 17.
You’re my image of a setting sun,
A golden haven, the only one.
You’re my image of a starlit night,
A thousand gems shining so bright.

You’re a waterfall of the purest things,
Your back is covered by angel’s wings.
You’re like the laughter of a young child,
So free and wild you’re the bloom of spring.

To me you represent all these things.
Lastly you represent one true beacon,
Your star will burn brightly,
Through each of the seasons.
