Sapper, oh Sapper,
I cannot reach you,
Build a bridge for me,
Make it strong,
One even you cannot destroy,
With your tools of love and truth,
Your supplies of courage and strength,
Support it with patience and understanding,
Secure it with adventure and excitement.
