This is about someone whos been a closer freind then anyone.
Well these mines in my mind
Explode when they touch you
And my head inside, vines intertwined
Gripping sadness becomes you

And I know you feel me now
But these lies to bruised trust deny
Me from bringing you into my heart
If I shut my mouth would that be a start

I have this box covered in pretty bows
Sent from God it glitters and glows
Its padlock is strong, strength never wanes
And its key is stuck inside my brain

Lately you’ve been walking around my head
And digging up the ground
You stumbled across this golden key
For months lost but now found.

You opened it up, we felt the delights inside
But once again this poison tongue, has made us say goodbye
Seeing our suffering brings us both to madness
But neither of us can stop this form of sadness

Anything to make you smile and laugh
I will give it all up for you
Why I said I would keep it shut?
I thought I could do anything for you.

Now I’m in the light, knowing you're right
Feeling you know me better then I
A better person I’ve tried to be
But there are things we cannot become, even me

Now I know I cannot stop
Regurgitating these burning thoughts
Of confusion love
And the battles we have fought
No longer this I will deny but this will forever make me cry
Because if you were with me
The confusion would be over
Can’t you see?
