Camping by the cliffs in Arizona this "message" voiced itself to me.
Breeze Blowing, Water Flowing
Insects Buzzing, Raven Cawing
Eagle Soaring, Heron Calling
Spider Weaving, Lizard Running
Scorpion Hiding, Turtle Sunning
As The Silent Sentinals
Sit Quietly
Watching Over All
Looking Upon Us With Love
Teaching Us Patience
Bits And Pieces Of Them
Breaking Off
To Share Themselves With Us
Sparkling, Shining, Crumbling
Grandfather Wind
Caressing The Leaves
As He Caresses Our Hair
Reminding Us Of The Grace
Of The Air We Breathe
Grandmother Creek
Swirls And Spirals
In Unending Ebb And Flow
Teaching Us Of The Blessing
Of The Cycles of Time
Sister Tree Sits
Smiling Her Shade Upon Us
Reminding Us Always
Of Shelter And Security
And Of Our State Of Grace
Her Arms Outstretched
And Swaying
She Tells Us Of Our Need
To Offer Loving Arms
To All Beings
Without Judgement
And To Bend
Under Others' Judgements
So As Not To Break
Father Sun Warms Our Skin
Offering Life And Light
To All Beings
Reminding Us
When We Are Forgetful
Then And Only Then
Can Life Burn Us
Moderation In Most Things
He Says
Reserve Excess Only For Love
Bird Song, Wind Song
Insect Song, Creek Song
The Truest Melodies Of All
