This is what happens when you're friends turn to drugs.
Dear Brother,
You may not technically or biologically be my brother,
But I know inside you are.
I guess as they say,
You don't have to be blood to be family.
You were my best friend.
You were my life.
We played pool,
We ate at diners at 3:00AM,
We were unstoppable.

I still remember all the long car rides, road trips if you will.
We went to New York together,
We got lost together,
We did everything together.
You helped me out when I needed it.
Whenever I didn't have money to pay things on my own,
you helped me.
Whenever I asked for a ride,
you helped me.
Whenever I needed a place to stay,
you helped me.

But it all changed.
Things took a turn for the worse.
We always thought we were invincible,
our friendship was the best ever.
I guess we were wrong.

When I never showed up,
Did you answer my calls,
NO!
Did you call me,
NO!
Did you ever bother to find me when you knew I could be right down the street,
NO!
You're cold-hearted.
You're selfish.
You are destroying my life.
You are dead to me.
