Just another random piece. There was no real plan it just occured.
I was wondering, weak and weary
In the glittering lamp light glow
Trudging over icy pavement
Smelling only smoke and snow

As I continue trudging homeward
Men come to extinguish light
A light which cast enchanting shadows
Gone until another night

And I walk into the study
Light myself a guttering flame
And I sit and listen closely
As gentle voices call my name

So I walk now to my window
Look across the sunlit lawn
And I watch the naked bodies
As they move and day does dawn

Now my window opens to them
Was that my hand on the latch ?
So I follow uncomplaining
As I realise I’m their catch

And I follow them to the water
Then the water fills all of me
It flows darkly all around now
So that I can hardly see

No my vision’s slowly dimming
Beautiful faces around me swim
I can feel smooth hands upon me
Filling my senses to the brim

Now my senses fully fading
And I know that I should cry
As the voices softly calling
Telling me its time to die

And there is no shining passage
Nor do angels wait for me
I will just be left to darkness
Silent solitude my eternity
